How AFFN works
Three steps connect a partner's audience to a brand's sale.
The flow
Visitor clicks partner link
-> AFFN records the click + SubIDs, creates a click_id
-> Visitor lands on the brand's site with ?s2s_click=<click_id>
-> A result happens: a sale, a lead / form fill, an approved application
-> The brand's site or system calls the postback URL with that click_id
-> Conversion appears for the partner and the brandPick your guide
Partner guide: you promote offers and earn per sale, lead or application.
Brand guide: you list offers and pay partners for results. Then follow the setup guide for your own backend, Shopify, WooCommerce, or a Amazon listing.
Key terms
click_id: a unique ID for every click. It ties a result back to the partner.
SubIDs (sub1–sub5): labels partners add to links to tell their traffic sources apart.
Postback: a web request your site or system sends to AFFN when a sale, lead or application happens. It's server-to-server, so ad blockers can't stop it.
CR: conversion rate, conversions ÷ clicks. EPC: earnings per click, revenue ÷ clicks.
