Privacy Policy
Last updated October 8, 2026. This policy explains what AFFN collects and how it is used.
Who we are
AFFN is an affiliate tracking platform. Brands run partner programs; partners promote them; AFFN records clicks and sales so brands know what they owe. AFFN does not process payments between brands and partners.
What we collect
- Account data: email, company name, website and promotional channels.
- Tracking data: for each click on a tracking link, a click ID, IP address, browser user agent, referring page, time and optional SubIDs set by the partner.
- Conversion data: transaction amounts, order or lead IDs, and product or service codes that brands send us.
- Amazon Ads data: if a brand connects Amazon Ads, Amazon Attribution report data (dates, campaigns, ad groups, ASINs, units and sales) and an access token issued by Amazon.
How we use it
Only to attribute sales and leads to partners, calculate commissions, detect fraud (Sale Defend), and show each user their own reports. We do not sell personal data or Amazon data, and we do not use either for advertising.
Amazon Ads data
- Accessed only with the brand's explicit permission through Login with Amazon.
- Visible only to that brand; partners see only their own commissions.
- Access tokens are kept on our servers, never sent to the browser, and deleted when the brand disconnects.
- Report data is kept while the brand's account is active, and deleted within 30 days of account closure or on request.
Sharing
We share data only with infrastructure providers that host the service, or when required by law. Brands see partner names and performance for their own program; partners see their own performance.
Your choices
You can update account details in Settings, disconnect Amazon at any time, and ask us to export or delete your data by contacting us.
